Development solutions for employees, leaders and teams
I design solutions tailored to each organisation’s needs – from individual workshops to comprehensive development programmes and one-to-one coaching. The most common challenges I work with:
Subject-matter experts step into management roles without being fully prepared to lead a team.
Difficult conversations and feedback are postponed or fail to create meaningful change.
Unclear communication, organisational silos and tensions make collaboration more difficult.
Organisational change creates uncertainty, resistance and declining engagement.
Overloaded leaders lose resilience, space to think and a sense of control.
Teams deliver on their tasks, but lack a shared sense of ownership for the results.

Who is it for?
Future leaders
First-line and mid-level leaders
Specialists and experts

What I offer
Development programmes
Long-term development journeys combining workshops, coaching and mentoring – tailored to the needs of the organisation. One example is From Experts to Leaders – a modular development programme for new leaders.
Workshops and training
Standalone workshops for teams or groups of managers — delivered as one-off sessions or as a series tailored to a specific objective.
Individual Coaching
A confidential one-to-one process for leaders or employees – supporting them as they step into a new role, make difficult decisions, manage pressure or lead a team through change. Available as a standalone service or as part of a wider development programme.
From Experts to Leaders
Development Programme for New Leaders
From Experts to Leaders is a modular development programme for new leaders. The full programme can be delivered over 3-6 months, depending on the organisation’s needs and the scope of the programme. Individual modules consist of 2-4-hour workshops and can be complemented by individual coaching with elements of business mentoring, supporting leaders in applying their developing skills in their day-to-day work.

Coaching with Elements of Business Mentoring
Coaching is at the core of the process — working towards a goal, exploring resources and developing solutions by the participant. With their agreement, the process can also be enriched with practical knowledge and experience from my many years of work as a Team Leader, Project Manager, Learning & Development professional, coach and trainer. I also continue to broaden my perspective through my Master’s studies in Psychology.
Typically, around 80% of the process is coaching and 20% is mentoring — sharing specific knowledge, perspectives and experience that may support the participant in achieving their goal. The balance is flexible and depends on the individual’s needs and the focus of the process.
How I work
- We discuss the context and objectives – I meet with the relevant organisational stakeholders — for example HR, the manager or team representatives — to understand the situation, the key challenge and the outcomes the organisation wants to achieve.
- I explore the needs – Where helpful, I gather additional perspectives through conversations with employees and managers or through a short needs survey.
- I design the solution – I create an approach tailored to the organisation, the participants and the business context rather than using a standard template.
- I deliver the agreed format – This may include workshops, development programmes, individual coaching, mentoring or a combination of different forms of support.
- We review the outcomes – We reflect on what has changed, gather feedback and agree on possible next steps.
How I price my services?
I price workshops and development programs individually, since they involve both preparing the solution and the actual work with the group. The price depends on the scope of the topic, the number of participants, the level of program customization, and the number of workshop hours. A short, two-hour workshop is priced differently than a full-day session or a multi-day development program.
Individual coaching sessions start at 400 PLN. The price may be higher for coaching combined with elements of business mentoring.
The final scope and cost of our work together are agreed during an initial conversation.
Let’s talk about your organisation’s needs
If you are looking for a solution tailored to your organisation’s challenges, let’s talk. During an initial conversation, we can discuss your key needs, the intended outcomes, the possible scope and the most suitable form of collaboration.
